This item is a second, meaning it may have slight imperfections from the making process, such as a splodge of the wrong color or minor evidence of the craftsmanship. Rest assured, there are no cracks or damage that affect the functionality or appearance of the product. Seconds are sold without gift packaging but will be carefully packaged with bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery. Please note that seconds are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. By purchasing a second, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

My Parcel Hasn't arrived
Please allow up to 10 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding your missing delivery. We cannot count any parcels as missing before this time. If you would like guaranteed delivery or a more tracked service, please choose one of our other services on offer.
