Our usual opening hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM. 

We do close for UK Bank Holiday Dates, including: 

7 April - Friday - Good Friday

10 April - Monday - Easter Monday

1 May - Monday - Early May bank holiday

8 May - Monday - Bank holiday for the coronation of King Charles III

29 May - Monday - Spring bank holiday

28 August - Monday - Summer bank holiday

25 December - Monday - Christmas Day

26 December - Tuesday - Boxing Day

On these dates we there will be no packing, dispatch, or customer services so please allow extra time for your orders to arrive and for us to respond to your queries during and around these times. 

We ship all orders Monday-Friday same day before 2PM

**Please note, these shipping dates are to be used as a guide only, once our parcels leave us, we are reliant on our couriers to deliver parcels within the estimated time**

We recommend our medium and heart stands for our 8cm-12cm items, and our large stands for our 15cm friendship and spirit balls.

In short - no. Unfortunately we can't change our stock for each occasion, but please make the most of our FREE gift card messages

No - As a gift company, we know you will likely be sending directly to your recipient so we never include an invoice in the box with your item.

We don't send out any invoices in the post or in the box with items, unless specifically requested. If you have mistakenly put your recipients address as both the invoice and postal address, this will likely not cause any issues. However, if you would still like the address changed and a copy sent, please contact us at: hello@aspireartglass.com and we can arrange for this to be changed.

Friendship Ball's were given to friends and family to attract good luck and friendship. They are hollow inside.

Spirit Ball's were traditionally used to ward off evil spirits and negative energy. They contain delicate glass strands inside.

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 10 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding your missing delivery. We cannot count any parcels as missing before this time. If you would like guaranteed delivery or a more tracked service, please choose one of our other services on offer.

Our postage prices are calculated based on the size and weight of the parcels and are imported directly from our suppliers, therefore the prices you see, are exactly what we pay, to give you the best value for money possible!

Royal Mail 48 Tracked - Usually a two day service, full tracking is provided. 

UPS - Usually 1-2 day service, with full tracking.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked - Usually a next day service, full tracking is provided.

DHL Next Day - Guaranteed next day delivery for England and Scottish lowlands. Two Day service for Wales and Scottish Highlands. Full tracking is provided.

Royal Mail International Tracked - 5-7 day service with tracking.

Fedex 3-5 Day Tracked - with email updates.

When our items are shipped internationally, they may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. We do not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in orders being sent or received.

You are responsible for the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

RETURNS

If you would like the return or exchange your item we recommend reading the below information before submitting your request via our online returns portal. Once we have received your request, and it is accepted we will send you a label for shipping your item.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For parcels that have been undelivered due to rejection of delivery, missed, failed delivery or due to incorrect details being supplied for delivery, the item/s cost will only be refunded. This is to cover the postage cost incurred for sending out the item/s.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to change your product to a different one on our site, please submit a return request for your initial order and place a new order for the replacement.

If an item you receive is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible after this time. We will require you to send us photos of the damaged items within 48 hours of you letting us know about the damaged item so we can claim the damages back from our couriers. If it is only the packaging that is damaged, we can quite often send a replacement to you with no need for a return. You can do so via the returns portal and submit your photos, or please contact us at hello@aspireartglass.com where one of our team will be happy to assist.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to process refunds within 72 hours of receiving returned goods.
